Farhan Mirza
VP – Global Cloud Infrastructure
Farhan is responsible for dinCloud’s Infrastructure operations, capacity planning and service delivery to customers. He brings over 15 years of experience in designing, building and operating scalable, secure, high performanceand highly available computer systems and networks. Farhan leads various Engineering teams at dinCloud to continuously innovate and build the latest and greatest technology products and services for it’s customers. He has been with dinCloud since the start and was one of the principle architects of the Cloud Infrastructure. In his previous roles, he has run research lab for a large Engineering University, managed the global IT team and datacenter operations of a national VAR, architected the technology infrastructure for a global call center, and provided network consultancy to enterprise customers. Farhan has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering (Electronics) and holds a MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University. He also holds multiple professional certifications including CCIE in Routing and Switching.
Mark Millar
Vice President – Global Operations
Mark is responsible for leading, and supervising dinCloud’s entire virtualization management, development, support, and customer engagement processes and infrastructure. As a member of the executive body, he not only strategizes to formulate and determine the quarterly goals…and objectives of the organization, but also guides the R&D, Customer Solutions (Engineering/NOC), Customer Support, and Customer Success teams towards the achievement of the said goals.Prior to this, Mark served as the Manager of the R&D at dinCloud, where he overlooked the development of various cloud applications for both, desktop and mobile platforms. The role additionally demanded the defining of a technology road map, with the effective management of projects, for the efficient delivery of high quality business initiatives.Before joining dinCloud, Mark coordinated multi-departmental and multi-technology projects utilizing onshore and off-shore technical resources at En Pointe Technologies as the Manager of the E-Business & Service Desk. He prioritized the project implementation and development pipeline, and corresponded with fortune 500 customers on E-Commerce integrations with AccessPointe & SAP, a $40+ million investment project.Through his experience, Mark has developed an outstanding ability to understand business requirements and effectively architect, plan, and implement corporate computing systems, that are consistent with the enterprise mission.
Khurram Shafique
VP Accounts & Finance
Khurram Shafique is dinCloud’s VP Accounts & Finance and has been with dinCloud since November, 2012. He is (ACCA) Associate Chartered Certified Accountant (UK Law / Tax variant) Affiliate, CA-Inter (ICAP) and Advance Stage Student (ICAEW), having Seventeen years of experience in a Bank, Pharmaceutical manufacturing company, Construction Company and high ranked chartered firm (KPMG).”
David Graffia
Vice President – Sales
David Graffia currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales at dinCloud, LLC, and brings 20 years of experience in the area of Information Technology sales and consulting. He has been awarded CRN’s Channel Chief back to back in 2015 and 2016. Prior to joining dinCloud in 2013, David spent nearly a decade at a national VAR where he served as Vice President of Sales.While directing this effort, he increased sales year over year. In addition to sales and marketing, his responsibilities included managing the corporate strategy and the development of emerging technologies. He also worked in executive management at PC Mall and Hartford Computer Group. Graffia has served on numerous advisory councils and is a member of the Technology Executives Club, IT Leaders Circle and IT Marketing Institute. His strengths surround Cloud services, virtualization, storage, asset Management, electronic procurement, software licensing, and both managed and professional services. David enjoys building partnerships and broader business relationships, and is always willing to provide guidance and support.
