Citrix announced last month that Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop versions 7.0 to 7.13 will reach “end-of-life” status as of June 30, 2018. Unless you have a “long-term service release” with Citrix, any version prior to XenApp and XenDesktop 7.14 will no longer receive support from Citrix.

Current 7.0 to 7.13 users have 3 options: continue running without additional upgrades or support, manually upgrading to long-term support (LTS) on their own or with a service provider, or take the opportunity to migrate to a cloud solution with the support of cloud service providers.
